Mercato dei Fiori Sanremo

The famous ‘Mercato dei Fiori Sanremo’, or Sanremo Flower Market, is the most important centre of the floral industry in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean region. The market has on offer the full range of cut flowers, plants and related floriculture materials, with a particular focus on those products found in the Mediterranean area.

Like most buildings of its kind, the ‘Mercato dei Fiori’ is a huge structure, with an area of approximately 100,000 square metres plus additional parking and warehouse space, areas for loading and unloading, offices and so on. The flower market is worth a visit for anybody with an interest in flowers and horticulture products!
